Project Manager - Data Analytics Lead
Location:

Description: Patriot Enterprises will provide transition assistance, information, training, counseling, and services to eligible Service members within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Transition and Economic Development (TED).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a structured approach to measure TAP effectiveness using defined metrics, evaluation criteria, and reporting cycles aligned with contract deliverables (e.g., 7.5.C.1–7.5.C.4).
- Aggregate and analyze data from VA, VBA, DOL, DoD, and other sources to identify gaps in transition support and inform strategic planning updates.
- Own the creation and timely submission of monthly Data Analysis Reports, quarterly Data Mapping Reports, and semi-annual Performance Framework Updates with insights that drive decision-making.
- Provide data-driven input for TAP strategic planning and innovation assessments, ensuring alignment with VA goals and identifying emerging trends or needs.
- Oversee data quality, security, and compliance with VA policies, especially around PII handling and federal data standards, while maintaining transparency in reporting.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in managing projects related to duties and responsibilities of this program.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent industry recognized PM certification, throughout the duration of the contract is preferred.
- Experience in the management of government program data collection, modeling, analyses, and product generation.
- Experience in preparing executive level reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a favorable fingerprint check (SAC) adjudicated by VBA Personnel Security Office (PERSEC).
- Ability to pass a background investigation and must receive a favorable adjudication from the VA Personnel Security and Adjudication Center (PSAC).
- Proficiency in using office automation equipment and software.
- Possess sufficient written and verbal communication skills to support the VA.
- Ability to maintain professional conduct which portrays the VA positively.
- S. Citizen or Alien Registration that authorizes work in the U.S.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English language.
Project Manager - TAP Operations Lead
Location:
- Washington, District of Columbia, United States
Description: Patriot Enterprises will provide transition assistance, information, training, counseling, and services to eligible Service members within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Transition and Economic Development (TED).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee onsite support activities at 107 permanent and 222 itinerant locations, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of VA Benefits and Services briefings, one-on-one engagements, and Capstone support.
- Monitor and update the TAP Staffing and Training Roster. Ensure all Benefits Advisors (BAs) are trained, credentialed, and deployed per the Operational Deployment Plan and Attachment F requirements.
- Lead the preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, and quarterly TAP operations reports, including travel worksheets, deployment plans, and printed materials status reports.
- Identify and address staffing gaps, site-specific challenges, and logistical issues. Implement mitigation strategies and escalate unresolved concerns to the Program Manager, COR, or PM.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for VA leadership and site personnel. Lead weekly TAP Operations Briefs and ensure clear, consistent communication across all operational teams.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in managing operations defined in this PWS with demonstrated expertise in leading teams and managing projects of national scope in the Federal Government or DOD.
- Shall also possess and maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent industry recognized PM certification, throughout the duration of the contract.
- Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a geographically dispersed workforce and issuing directives and schedules necessary to ensure effective project management.

Program Manager (PM)
Location:
- Washington, District of Columbia, United States
Description: Patriot Enterprises will provide transition assistance, information, training, counseling, and services to eligible Service members within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Transition and Economic Development (TED).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all TAP contract tasks (Tasks 7.1–7.5), ensuring alignment with VA goals and objectives, and maintaining continuity of operations throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VA leadership, including the government Program Manager, Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Contracting Officer CO.
- Facilitate quarterly reviews, strategic updates, and ensure timely responses to government requests and modifications.
- Monitor adherence to the Project Management Plan (PMP), Quality Control Plan (QCP), and all reporting requirements.
- Ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule and meet performance standards.
- Implement and maintain a proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategy. Track and resolve issues across operations, curriculum, training, and staffing, escalating concerns as needed.
- Direct and support project managers across TAP Operations, Curriculum Development, Training, and Data Analytics.
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively and teams are aligned to meet contract deliverables.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in managing Transition Assistance Program (TAP) operations or similar.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must possess and maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent industry recognized PM certification.
- Shall have a proven track record of engaging with related agencies at a senior level.
Minimum Qualifications:
